Request data deletion

What data exists

Your trips, vehicles, places and settings are stored only on your device . We do not have a copy. The only data held outside your device is a random app user ID and purchase records at our purchase processor, RevenueCat, if you have made or restored a purchase.

Delete data on your device

• Delete individual trips by swiping them in the list.
• Delete everything by deleting the app from your phone (iPhone or Android).

Delete purchase data held by our processor

Email avelan.sverige@gmail.com with the subject "Körlogg data deletion". To find the record we need the app user ID shown at the bottom of More in the app, or the date and the Apple receipt reference or Google Play order number (GPA.…) of your purchase. We will delete the RevenueCat record within 30 days and confirm by email. Note that deleting the record makes it impossible to restore a purchase on a new device; Apple and Google keep their own purchase history under their own policies.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you may request access, rectification, erasure and portability of personal data we process, and lodge a complaint with the Swedish Integritetsskyddsmyndigheten (IMY).
