CDL Ready — Request data deletion

1. Data on your device — delete the app

CDL Ready stores your plan, answers, results, streaks and settings only on your device. Uninstalling the app (or using Reset all progress in Settings) deletes everything immediately — no request is needed, because nothing is kept on our side.

2. Purchase data — email us

The only data that leaves your device is what is needed to validate a purchase. Send an e-mail to avelan.sverige@gmail.com with the subject "CDL Ready — data deletion" and the approximate purchase date. We reply within 1–2 business days and complete the deletion within 30 days. You do not need an account — CDL Ready has none.

3. What is deleted, and what is kept

• Plan, progress, statistics, settings — only on your device — deleted when you uninstall the app or reset progress
• Purchase history and app user ID — RevenueCat (our processor) — deleted on request
• Transaction and receipt data — Apple — kept; these are Apple's own records, and Swedish accounting law requires bookkeeping records to be kept for 7 years

We use no advertising networks or analytics tools, so there is no profile, tracking history or advertising ID to delete.

4. Your rights

We follow the GDPR for all users, and honor equivalent rights under US state privacy laws. You can request access, correction or deletion at the address above. EU/EEA residents can complain to a supervisory authority such as Integritetsskyddsmyndigheten (Sweden). See also the privacy policy and the support page.
