Terms of Service for Habit Home

1. Who we are

Habit Home (App Store name: Habit Tracker – Habit Home) is developed and operated by an independent sole proprietor registered in Sweden ("we", "us"). By downloading or using the app you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

2. Your licence

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use Habit Home on Apple devices you own or control, in line with Apple's standard App Store licence terms. The app and its design remain our property; your data remains yours.

3. Habit Home Pro

The core of Habit Home is free. An optional Pro upgrade unlocks additional features and is available as:

• An auto-renewing subscription (monthly or yearly), and
• A lifetime one-time purchase.

Where offered, the yearly plan may include a free trial. Prices are shown in the app before you buy and may vary by region.

Billing and renewal

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; renewal is charged within 24 hours before the new period begins.
• An unused free trial converts to a paid subscription unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the trial ends. Any unused portion of a trial is forfeited when you purchase.
• Manage or cancel any time in iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.

Refunds

Purchases are processed by Apple, and refunds are granted by Apple under their policies — request one at reportaproblem.apple.com. We cannot issue refunds directly.

4. Offer codes and referrals

We may offer promotional codes or referral rewards. They have no cash value, may be limited in number or duration, and may be modified or withdrawn at any time.

5. Your data

Everything you enter into Habit Home belongs to you. The app stores it on your device and, if enabled, in your private iCloud database — see the Privacy Policy. You can export your data at any time; back it up before deleting the app, as deletion is permanent.

6. Fair use

You agree not to reverse-engineer, resell, or misuse the app, and not to use it in any way that violates applicable law.

7. Not medical advice

Habit Home is a self-tracking tool for motivation and reflection. It is not a medical device and provides no medical, psychological, or therapeutic advice. For health concerns — including habit-related conditions such as addiction — consult a qualified professional.

8. Warranty and liability

The app is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. We are a small independent operation and do our best to keep the app reliable, but we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for loss of data caused by factors outside our control (device failure, iCloud issues, OS changes). Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the app in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer under mandatory law.

9. Termination

You can stop using the app at any time by deleting it. We may terminate the licence if you materially breach these terms.

10. Changes

We may update these terms as the app evolves; the current version always lives at this address with its date above. Continued use after a change means acceptance.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Sweden, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence.
