Welcome to Körklar, a Swedish driving-theory (B-körkort) practice application
developed by an independent sole proprietor based in Sweden. By downloading,
installing or using Körklar ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Use
("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
These Terms are a legal agreement between you ("you") and Amir Alagic, trading as
Körklar ("we", "us", "our").
Körklar provides:

Swedish authority, and it does not issue or guarantee any licence or test result.
The App is for practice and educational purposes only. While we work hard to
keep questions accurate and aligned with current Swedish traffic rules, we do
not guarantee:

authoritative information. Use of the App is at your own discretion.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to
use the App on Apple devices you own or control, subject to these Terms and
Apple's App Store Terms.
The App offers an optional Premium unlock via Apple In-App Purchase. Free
features are available without payment; Premium unlocks additional practice and
features as described on the in-app purchase screen.

All content in the App — the question bank, explanations, illustrations, interface
design and software — is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by Swedish
and international intellectual-property law. Official Swedish road-sign artwork is
used in its standardised public-domain form for educational purposes. Your
locally stored progress data remains yours.
The App is distributed via Apple's App Store and your use is also subject to
Apple's terms and Usage Rules. Where those conflict with these Terms on App
Store matters, Apple's terms prevail. Apple is not a party to these Terms and has
no obligation to provide support for the App.
Our Privacy Policy explains how the App handles data — local-first storage on
your device and purchase processing via Apple and RevenueCat. By using the App
you also agree to the Privacy Policy.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any
kind, to the extent permitted by law.
To the maximum extent permitted by Swedish and applicable law, our total
liability is limited to the amount you paid for the App or Premium. We are not
liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for any test result, licence
outcome, or driving decision based on the App. **Nothing in these Terms limits
liability that cannot be limited under mandatory consumer law.**
These Terms are governed by Swedish law and applicable EU regulations,
including consumer-protection rules and the GDPR. EU consumers keep all mandatory
statutory rights. Please contact us first to resolve any issue; EU consumers may
also use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform. Swedish courts have
jurisdiction subject to mandatory consumer rules.
